Leucadia Tequila is building a state-by-state retail partner network to enable compliant direct-to-consumer sales across the United States. Because alcohol shipping laws require a licensed retailer in each state, we are selecting a single qualified retail partner per state to participate in this program.

As a partner, you will be the designated licensed retailer for all Leucadia online orders within your state. Every qualifying order placed by customers in your state will be routed through your license, and you will earn commissioned revenue on each sale. Leucadia manages the customer acquisition, marketing, order flow, and fulfillment logistics—including direct shipping from our warehouse to the consumer—eliminating operational burden on your team.

This is a low-friction, high-leverage revenue stream: no additional staffing, no inventory commitment, and no change to your existing retail operations. In addition, Leucadia actively monitors state-level compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure all transactions remain fully aligned with applicable laws.
